Follow the motorway to junction 49. This is the end of the motorway. |
| At the roundabout take the second exit (A48 to Carmarthen ). |
| Follow the A48 for approx. 15 miles until you reach Carmarthen. |
| At the roundabout take the third exit for Llandeilo. |
| At the next roundabout take the third exit for Llandeilo. |
| At the next roundabout take the first exit marked A485 to Lampeter. |
| At the next roundabout take the second exit for A485 Lampeter |
| Follow the A485 until you reach the village of Alltwalis after which you will climb a fairly steep hill. At the top of this hill there is a garage on the right hand side. After the garage take the turning to the left onto the B4459. |
| Follow the B4459 until you reach the village of Llanfihangel-ar-Arth. |
| In the village you will come to a crossroads at which you have to stop. Continue straight on, over the crossroads, and stay on the B4459. |
| Continue to follow the B4459 until you reach another cross roads where you have to stop at the give way sign. Cross over the main road and continue on the B4459. |
| When you reach the village of Pontsian you will have to stop at a give way sign. At this junction turn right. You are still on the B4459. |
| In approximately 2 miles take the first turning to the right off the B4459. If you pass a pub, called ‘Tafarn Bach’ (Small Tavern) on the left hand side you will have gone passed the turning. |
Follow this lane for approximately 2 miles until you reach a give way sign at a main road where you have to stop.
You need to cross over this road by turning left and then immediately to your right.
You need to stay on this lane and not turn off at all. Take care after the first 200-300 metres as the lane appears to carry straight on - you need to bear right. |
| In approximately 2 miles you will reach a junction with a road turning sharply to the right. (This is the second turning to the right) |
| Do not turn off the road but at this point you will see Blaenparc as it is the property immediately ahead of you. We are approximately 50 metres beyond this junction on the right hand side of the road. There is a pair of black gates at the entrance with the name of the house on them. |
| Just beyond this is a pair of wooden gates. This is the entrance to the cottage. |
| From the A40. |

Follow the A40 until you reach the town of Llandovery . |
| In approximately 4 miles, when you reach the village of Llanwrda , take the turning to the right onto the A482 for Lampeter. |
| Continue for approximately 17 miles and enter the town of Lampeter . When you reach the centre of the town take the first exit at the mini roundabout onto the A475. |
| Continue on the A475 until you reach the village of Llanwnen . |
| In Llanwnen turn right at the mini roundabout onto the B4337. |
| In approximately 0.5 mile you will reach a very sharp right hand bend (almost a hairpin) with a road turning off to the left. Turn left onto this road. |
| Continue on this road (Do not turn off at any point) until you reach the village of Gorsgoch where you will reach a give way sign and have to stop. |
| Turn right at this junction and continue through the village. |
| After you leave the village take the first turning to the right (approx 0.5 miles) |
| Continue on this road until you reach a give way sign and have to stop. |
| Turn right at this junction |
| Continue on this road until you reach a junction with a road turning sharply to the right. |

| From Aberystwyth |

Take the A487 travelling south towards Aberaeron and Cardigan. |
| Continue through the town of Aberaeron and thereafter through the villages of Ffosyffin and Llwyncelyn. |
After the village of Llwyncelyn take the first turning to the left for Mydroilyn. This turning is distinguishable by the metal railings. |
| Continue on this road until you come to the village of Mydroilyn. |
| In the village you will go over a small bridge after which the road turns sharply to the left. |
| You will then go over a second small bridge. |
| In approximately 30 – 40 metres you will see a chapel on the right with a high stone wall. |
| Take the turning to the right after the chapel for Gorsgoch. You will pass the village school on your right. |
| Ignoring the house on the junction, we are the second house on the left on this road, approximately 1.7 miles from the village. There is a pair of black gates at the entrance with the name of the house on them. |
