
West Wales has an enviable source of great quality produce including Rachel’s organic dairy produce, Welsh Black beef, Sewin, Caws Cenarth cheese and Welsh Cawl (a traditional chunky soup).
You’ll never be short of an ice-cream shop and there are some fabulous home-made ice-creams around too, including honey ice-cream from the Hive on the Quay, Aberaeron and Italian ice-cream at La Calabria in Ffostrasol.
On arrival you’ll find a selection of kitchen staples waiting for you, together with some home-made cakes and freshly baked home made bread using locally milled flour from Felin Geri.
